Another review mentioned the blue topaz looking like plastic. I have to agree, but in all fairness the description says its fake, not real. It was very pricey for a fake piece, but it's one of the few pieces on this site that is my mother-in-law's birthstone (this was a xmas present for her). I absolutely LOVE the design of this necklace! Im not sure if she did though :o( It's a piece for a someone who loves experimenting w/ jewelry and often wears different pieces.

I loved the idea of this necklace, the design and the color. However, I was disappointed when I received it. The color is brilliant, but it needs more facets to show off the stone. It looked plastic. I have purchased many things over the years from Inspired Silver, but I didn't feel that this item was up to par with the normally stellar quality of the jewelry that I have purchased. I wanted to keep it, but in then end, I sent it back.
